It is a simple process—once you contact us in search for time, we will ask you a few brief questions on what you’re in need of.

Then, we will go shop at the stores of your choice or ours if you don’t have a preference and get you one specific item or 10 choices of the same item—it is all up to you.

We charge $80 per hour for our time, with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, we will charge $40 for every half hour of service.

Once your services are completed, we will send you an email copy of your bill, with a breakdown of the time spent by our staff for your services, plus the cost of the merchandise or services rendered. Please see our payment options for more detailed information.

You design time covers the DC Metro Area; Rehobeth & Dewey Beaches; Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket. We are licensed and insured.

We want you to have the best possible experience with you design time. We will gladly return any unused or unwanted merchandise, granted if it is returnable. Food, flowers, and some other non-returnable products are not included.

Payment in full is due within 14 days from the completion of services. You will receive a phone call and/or email notifying you when your services are complete.

If you would like to receive a hard copy of your invoice in addition to receiving it electronically, we will be happy to oblige. However, your payment is still due within 14 days of completion, regardless of when you receive the copy of your invoice in the mail.

We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards. Payments not received in full within the 14 days will be subject to penalties.

If you need to cancel your order for services with us at any time for any reason, please contact us as quickly as possible. Depending on the status of your order, you may or may not incur a cancellation fee.

If we have not started your services, we will honor your request and cancel your order free of charge.

If your services are already underway, we will stop your order ASAP but you will be responsible for 50% of the hourly rate already accounted for.
